this show was everything i never wished for in this life. i cant even begin with how impeccable the acting was and how much i loved the plot. i even loved the side characters and their love stories. which is rare for someone like me who lately can't stand to watch the clisee romance stories.

everything about this show made me want to keep watching it and before i knew it i was so invested that when the last three episodes came it broke me to pieces. i dont know how to even cope at this point. i knew china would screw us over, because china never gives us a good show like this and we get a happy ending.

shen wei didnt wait 10.000 years and kept yunlan safe just so in the end he can sacrifice himself like that. yunlan didnt even want to live after that and a small part of me is glad, because having what they had i wouldn't be able to either.

all i was reminded through the last three episodes was that if you're gay you dont deserve a happy ending. im so tired of all this by now. but oh well. i guess we have to go on with what we get.

at first i didnt even want to edit on this show because i knew nothing good would come out of it and it took me days to finish this 2minute video because i was editing and halfway through i watched my work and started crying. call me weak but i dont think i'll ever move on from that finale.

i guess its what i get for liking angst love stories so much. i've had it coming i guess...
