Carbon Fiber/Silver Glass Push Dagger with Kydex Sheath

Cutting a push dagger from a 6mm thick block of carbon fiber with silver wave pattern. Sheath is heat formed from Kydex.

4:13 Knife is coated with CA glue to fill small voids and create a glossier finish. Once dry, this is smoothed with sandpaper and plastic polish and the blade is sharpened.
5:44 A wood block of similar size and shape to the blade is used as a mold for the heated Kydex.
