Stronger Back
TARGET YOUR BACK AND ARMS WITH CONVERGING SEATED ROWS!
Build a stronger, more defined back and arms with this effective exercise! Converging seated rows target the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, and rhomboid muscles, helping to improve posture, increase strength, and enhance overall upper body development.
Benefits:
- Targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously
- Improves posture and reduces risk of back injury
- Increases strength and endurance in the back and arms
- Can be modified to suit different fitness levels
How to do it:
1. Sit at a converging seated row machine with your feet flat on the floor
2. Grasp the handles with your arms extended
3. Pull the handles towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together
4. Release the handles back to the starting position
5. Aim for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps!
Tips:
- Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
- Use a weight that allows you to maintain proper form
- Don't forget to stretch your back and arms after your workout!
