Why 70-90% of Mergers & Acquisitions Don't Work Well (considered failures)

Harvard Business Review found based on collated research that 70-90% of M&A's (Mergers & Acquistions) actually don't work that well. They're considered failures.

This is not a good sign given a lot of leaders are looking to mergers and acquistions to grow their company and overcome competition.
