Spicy Garlic Lemon Pepper Chicken Seasoning Measurements
1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1-2 Garlic Cloves
Air Frying Instructions
1. Line the bottom of the cooking tray with aluminum foil. (Makes cleaning a lot easier and faster 😀)
2. Spray the frying basket with non-stick cooking spray or coat with olive oil or coconut oil. (This will keep the chicken from sticking to the basket).
3. Place chicken thighs evenly inside the basket, make sure NOT to overlap the chicken. If you overlap the chicken it will not cook even and will be harder to get a crispy skin.
4. Set cooking settings to Chicken default - 360 Degrees for 20 mins.
5. After 20 mins the chicken should be fully cooked depending on the thickness.
6. Reset the cooking settings 360 Degrees for another 5-8 minutes until desired crispiness.
7. ENJOY healthy low calorie Crispy Air fried Chicken.
