Hello everyone and I hope you're having a wonderful day today!

A couple years back I was researching different types of fungi when I came across a species called ophiocordyceps unilateralis. What's interesting about this species is that it will infect a host and control it to get to a good spot for it to grow and feed off of the host. They're only really known to infect ants but it gave me a pretty interesting idea for a drawing! I used twilight for this piece because she's a bookworm and I can imagine her breathing in spores of a mind controlling fungus while reading in a dark, damp, abandoned library or something. Hope you guys like it!
