We head up to Central California for the first time and meet up with our homie Blackhat. The first Central Cal Built To Destroy is with a long time friend of ours, Brad Vandergrift! His Chevy Silverado is a mostly garage build and he's killed it. He does have some unique things done to this and a few frists that we've never seen.
