BTW I kept saying you need a table spoon of each spice ,
You don’t .. I used about a teaspoon of each spice .
What you will need for this dish :

Any choice of meat
Basmati rice
Carrots
Potatoes
Cauliflower
Eggplant
Yellow onion
Veggie oil
Maklouba spice ( from a middle eastern store )
All spice
Salt
Turmeric powder
