Perfecting My DIY 3-Axis Camera Slider!

Here are the upgrades to my 3D printed camera motion control slider.

Project Overview:
This is a continuation of the pan/tilt mount and camera slider project I designed for my DSLR Canon EOS 250D (EOS Rebel SL3). If you haven’t seen those videos, you should go and watch them first:

This project is open source and links to the design files and code are provided below.

This 3-Axis slider is made from mostly 3D printed parts, M3 nuts and bolts and 2040 V-slot aluminium extrusion. I created a custom PCB for the electronics which mostly consist of an Arduino Nano, Bluetooth module, TMC2208 stepper drivers and Hall effect sensors.

I have had quite a few questions regarding using this for astrophotography. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with and that is not what this 3-axis slider was designed for. I believe that it should actually be precise enough for astrophotography however I would suggest checking out https://openastrotech.com/ for a much more suited design.
