Car crash - head on collision with my motorbike

The bike was written off as unrepairable. The other driver was found at fault by police for not giving way.

I flipped over the car and landed flat on my stomach. I was wearing wet weather riding gear, which is not the most protective choice but was necessary for the weather I was in. The crash did serious damage to the ligament in my knee which meant I could barely walk for a few weeks, but at least I didn't die :P

By the time I saw the car I didn't have much time to react. Vision was very poor (even worse through my helmet than what the camera sees).

This happened in Adelaide South Australia on Lower North East Rd intersecting Darley Rd.

I didn't get to thank everyone who stopped to help me because I was put in an ambulance within a minute of the crash, so thanks!

The doctor who helped me was NOT the driver of the car.
