The Syncfusion® Smart Form Recognizer library is a deterministic C# library for .NET designed to detect and interpret form data from PDFs and scanned images. By analyzing visual layout elements—such as lines, boxes, and circles—it identifies structured form regions and extracts common field types including text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons, and signature areas. The library outputs clean, review-friendly JSON enriched with per field confidence scores. When form fields are successfully recognized, the Smart Form Recognizer can also generate a corresponding, fillable PDF, enabling immediate use and seamless integration into document workflows.
