How To Assemble Your Slim Cycle! 🚲

Congrats on the purchase of your Slim Cycle! This instructional video will help you correctly and easily set up your bike! Sculpt lean muscle mass as you pedal your way to a slimmer, thinner you - right in the comfort of your own home.

Let's get started 💪🏽

1️⃣Remove and display all of the contents from the Slim Cycle Box

2️⃣Attaching The Feet
Start by loosening the circular knob on the mainframe of the bike and pull open to adjust the recline angle to the Setting 1.

Take both the nuts and washers off the rear feet and place them to the side

Install the rear foot into the rear main frame leg, by lining up the holes and inserting the screw through.

Place the washer on the screw, then secure by screwing on the nut. When complete, tighten the nut with the included wrench. You will need to do this on both sides of the feet to secure.

Next, we're ready to install the front foot, ensuring the rollers are facing forward.

Take the nuts and washers off the front foot with rollers and place them to the side. Line up the holes with the rollers facing forward and insert the screw. Then secure with the washer and nut. Tighten securely with the included wrench.

3️⃣ Installing the Seat Cushion
Start by removing the nuts and washers off the bottom of the seat cushion and place to the side.

Next, fit the seat post holes over the seat cushion screws, then place the washers over the screws. Using your fingers, gently screw on the nuts over the screws and tighten. Then to complete tightening, use the included wrench to secure.

To fully install the seat, make sure to repeat the process on the other two screws as well.

Then to install the seat onto the bike,e loosen the triangle knob on the mainframe and remove. Insert the seat post into the bike's mainframe, then secure and place it at the desired height by inserting and tightening the knobs.

4️⃣Installing the Backrest.
First, remove the screws, nuts, and washers from the backrest support and place them to the side.

Align the backrest support with the hole in the seat post then insert the screw through the hole.

Place the washer on the screw, then place on the nut and start to tighten with your finger. Then using the included wrench, tighten both screws securely.

5️⃣Installing the Side Handle Bars
Start by placing the washers on top of the screws for the handlebars, align the seat handles with the holes at the bottom of the backrest support, place the screws into the holes and finger tighten! Then using the included large hex key screwdriver tool, securely tighten!

To attach the backrest, simply align it against the backrest support, insert the screws and finger tighten. Then secure down the screws with the included hex key screwdriver tool.

6️⃣Installing the Front Handlebar
Start by removing the screws from the handlebar and place them to the side.

Next, feed the handlebar post into the slot on the top of the mainframe, place the screws into the holes and finger tighten. Then use the included small hex key tool and tighten all of the screws to secure.

To attach the control panel, first, start by removing all the screws on the back and lining up on the bike.

Starting with the largest connector, feed each of the three wires through the hole, in the center of the handlebar bracket. Place the control panel into place and insert the screws to finger tighten.

Once attached, use the large hex key screwdriver tool to secure. Then connect each of the three wires from the bike to the control handles.

7️⃣ Connecting the Pedals
Connect the right pedal to the right crank arm, both are marked with an R. Hold the right pedal with one hand and screw the pedal bolt onto the crank arm with the other hand, in the standard clockwise motion.

Finish by tightening with the included wrench.

Repeat the motion by connecting the left pedal to the left crank arm, both are marked with an L.

Hold the left pedal with one hand and screw the pedal boat onto the crank arm with the other hand, in a non-standard counter-clockwise motion. Finish by tightening with the included wrench.

The Strap marked R goes on the right pedal, the strap marked L goes on the left pedal. With the R or L marking facing upward, attach the end of the strap with 3 holes to the inside of the pedal, then attach the end of the strap with the 4 holes to the outside of the pedal and adjust to your size preference.

Lastly, open the battery compartment and install the two included double AA batteries!
