Dr A talks about a new study, presented at European psychiatry Association, and compares the brain of chronic cannabis users with brain, scan of people who barely use marijuana. The study show that there is an association between chronic users and thinning of prefrontal cortex of their brain. That part of the brain is mostly for decision-making motivation planning and critical thinking therefore the symptoms might show as unmotivated more impulsive individual.
