Grilled Greek Chicken Kabobs & Salad Dressing

This Greek Chicken Kabob dinner came together so easily. The marinade also works as a salad dressing making prep work that much more simple. I spontaneously made homemade tzatziki sauce and pita but buying those ingredients from the store would make the dinner even faster.
