Hi everyone! Right off the bat, let me correct myself. I keep referring to the mica powder set as Perfect Pearls, where it actually is Pearl Ex. I am using both name brands in the video but the set is Pearl Ex. Having straighten that out, I hope you will enjoy today's video. I am trying to create bokeh background. It may not be completely bokeh but that is the best description that is coming to my mind. Hope it will trigger your creativity!! Enjoy!
