Coconut Pound Cake

3 Softened sticks of butter
3 c sugar
1/4 c cooking oil
5 eggs
2 tsp vanilla ext
1 tsp butter flavor
2 tsp coconut ext
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c organic unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut flakes (optional)
3 c cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
Oven 325
Bake 45 to 60 min

Icing
2 and a half c powder sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla ext
1/4 tsp coconut ext
1/4 tsp butter flavor
1/4 of softened or melted butter
1 seven oz bag or can of sweetened coconut flakes
