Hewo guys, so in this what i eat in a week, i tracked my calories for the first time in my life. I didnt restrict myself at all, didnt mind too much about how much myfitnesspal told me i should eat and ate lotsa yummy food hehe😋

To be honest, i dont think it was all that bad, i definitely did learn quite a few things about myself and my food throughout this week, so i hope you will enjoy this video 💓
