This video is just on some of the changes I made in my life to help me lose a total of a little over 100lbs. As mentioned in the video, these things that I have shared are merely opinions on what worked for me and I am not recommending anything as I am not a professional.
I do want to elaborate a little on intermittent fasting. I do not do this as a permanent daily thing. I did it daily for about 2 months when I was actively trying to lose the weight. However, since I dropped all the weight, I do it from time to time, like a week here, a few days there. Sometimes, depending on what's going on, I may actually do it for the whole month or more at a time. This has worked excellently well for me. So it is more of an overall lifestyle than a fad or a one time thing. But like I said above, be sure to check with your doctor first before doing this.
Another thing to note is that intermittent fasting does not build muscles in the way that working out does so I definitely do not have abs of steel lol (which is really want I want to achieve from a consistent work out regimen, all round toning). It is purely for weight loss, for me. If you have abs underneath the fat you lose from intermittent fasting, obviously this will help you reveal them. If you want to be more fit and develop your muscles, core strength, etc., you will need to get active in the gym or any other ways recommended by a fitness trainer
