How to record audio with DDJ-XP2 + Reloop Flux + Omnitronic TRM-222.

In this video, I demonstrate the pairing of the DDJ-XP2 with the Reloop Flux to unlock Serato DJ Pro. There are three ways to figure out whether the DDJ-XP2 is connected to the software or not:
a. In the cogwheel menu, the software would have a tab called MIDI. The MIDI tab would not be visible if the midi hardware is not connected.
b. Click on expansion (next to the cogwheel symbol) and then a window will pop up to show both Serato DJ Pro and Serato DVS are hardware unlocked by Reloop Flux if it is connected to the PC.
c. If the DDJ-XP2 is connected to Serato then you can effect transport mode with SHIFT + PAD MODE 4 to access PAD MODE 8.

I, also, stipulate on the ideal configuration of the Reloop Flux with the Omnitronic TRM-222 so to effectively record a mix via the physical deck 3 of the Reloop Flux and channel 3 of the Serato software. Setting software input gain to maximum allows for clear recording to come through and not having rec level past 12 o'clock on the mixer ensures no echo feedback when the volume rotary fader goes past 2 o'clock.

Equipment used in the video:
- DDJ-XP2
- Reloop Flux
- Omnitronic TRM-222

- Post-edit video with Davinci Resolve 20
