ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula has been recalled due to a multistate infant botulism outbreak. 13 babies have been hospitalized across 10 states.
CHECK YOUR FORMULA NOW:📍 Lot: 206VABP/251261P2📍 Lot: 206VABP/251131P2📍 Use by: 01 Dec 2026📍 UPC: 5004496800
Lot codes are on the BOTTOM of the can.
If you have these lots:❌ STOP using immediately🗑️ Throw away or return to store🧼 Wash all bottles & surfaces with hot soapy water📝 Record the lot number before disposal
Warning signs of infant botulism:
* Constipation
* Poor feeding/difficulty swallowing
* Weak cry
* Loss of head control
* Decreased facial expression
⚠️ Symptoms can take WEEKS to develop. Seek immediate medical care if you notice any signs.
Preliminary tests found Clostridium botulinum bacteria in a can of the formula. Investigation ongoing.
