Ilia Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tints first impression! I got off to a rocky start but redeemed myself on the second eye!

I have always loved cream shadows. Something so fun about playing with different textures! So I was so excited to see that Ilia came out with a Liquid Powder shadow. This formula is so interesting. Definitely goes on like a moussy cream consistency but dries down quickly to a completely smudge proof powder feeling. It did come off easily when I washed my face though so its not necessarily water resistant but it would be rub resistant! Might be great for someone that forgets they are wearing makeup and rubs their eyes! I definitely plan to use these more and update my thoughts once I am better at application!

In regards to the sunscreen-
per cm^2 is 1 square centimeter!
