Part 6- Westinghouse WGEN12000DF 15000 Watt Dual Fuel Portable Generator MicroAir EasyStart

Micro-Air Easy Start soft start kit. This kit greatly reduced the initial start up amp on my 3 ton compressor from over 71 amps to about 25 amps. Allowing me the ability to run my A/C with my Westinghouse WGEN 12000DF.

****UPDATED 10/12/2022***
5-ton LRA on label is 137 amp. Sorry I forgot to measure the actual amp on startup prior to install. After install of the Micro-Air, the 5 ton is about 48.6 amps.

****UPDATED 3/13/2023****: Micro-Air revised its sizing to optimize the performance of EasyStarts installed on Home HVAC units. The change occurred subsequent to the posting of this video.
