The first proposal would be $160 billion dollars for states separated into three installments based on the population and lost revenue due to Covid-19. The second proposal would amount to $748 billion dollars to extend unemployment benefits, help small businesses, and provide money for vaccines and education. Congress has until Friday to decide on whether or not they will pass the bill.
