Fort Worth Drive By rental unit

This is my first duplex I ever purchased and I used to live in this side! At any rate the house was Shot up in July from a drive by shooting. Neither tenant nor any one in the neighborhood reported it. Luckily no one was injured! The tenant was finally out of this side and this is our first day in the unit getting it ready to re-rent. Rental unit bliss. SMH
