DEEP-FRIED KING CRAB LEGS 🔥🦀

This is my spin on deep fried KING CRAB legs. Fried crab legs are a very trendy food on YouTube but hopefully this one expands the horizons!

What you’ll need:

- King Crab Legs
- 1 Lemon
- Butter or Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- Self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- Peanut oil or vegetable oil
- Hot sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese ( Parmesan is good too)
- Beer of your choice
- Dill
- Parsley
- Garlic powder
- Creole Seasoning
- Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay Seasoning is ideal)
- Heavy Cream
