2 green chilli
mix vegetables ( eggplant, carrot & assorted bell peppers ) - 1 cup
small onion
2 eggs
soy sauce - 1 tbsp
vinegar - 1 tbsp
chilli paste - 1 tsp
salt to taste
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
1 portion boiled basmati rice
finish with fresh coriander - 1 tbsp

Serve with hot chilli sauce
