Cell cycle checkpoints are actually regulated by cdk-cyclin system. The MPF is cyclinB and CDK 1 complex regulated by phosphorylation and dephosphorylation.. The cyclin-cdk system is explained. The p53 and cdc21 are related with uncontrolled growth.
