I've Been Fast Fashion Free for a Whole Year 🌿🎀♻️ What I've Learned & Tips

At the beginning of 2019 I announced on my channel that I was going both cruelty free for cosmetics as well as fast fashion free. It's been over a full year since I bought anything that fell under the fast fashion umbrella. I've learned a lot of things about the fashion industry over the past year. I've educated myself on some of the darkest things brands like Forever 21 and H&M don't want you to know - and I can safely say I will never return to that mindset of consumption. I normally try to avoid getting preachy on this channel, but I want to be as transparent as possible about my fast fashion free journey. This is a subject I am incredibly passionate about and it's difficult for me to discuss it without getting a little emotional - but if I'm going to label myself a fashion channel I can't think of a more important subject to tackle.
