Olympus OM-D E-M1 mark ii Review: Any Good For Landscape Photography (Ep #083)

Join me for my Olympus OM-D E-M1 mark ii review - is this Micro 4/3rds camera any good for landscape photography?

I'd been considering the feasibility of landscape photography with a micro four-thirds system for some time before settling on the Olympus OM-D E-M1 mk2. There are a number of compelling reasons for this choice which I cover in this video from Yr Aran, Snowdonia. One of the main reasons is the Olympus 12-100mm f/4 zoom lens, which I'm using as a permanent fixture on it, saving weight and hassle when out and about hiking.

From my experience so far the camera body and lens combination are proving to be an excellent choice for the sort of landscape photography you'll find on my channel, reducing the weight and bulk needed for my landscape photography outings, but at the same time delivering top class image quality.

This is my final review of this micro four-thirds camera and lens combination. I hope it will help any other landscape photographers who might be wondering if the Olympus OM-D E-M1 mk2 could be suitable for landscape photography.
