What better way to ring in Christmas than with a trip to the one and only Mrs. O's in Skryne, Co. Meath. Like many country pubs, the name above the door and the name people actually call it are completely different. Mrs. O's, or "dat pub off de Guinness ad" is your classic cosy country pub, with a great pint to go with it.. and who better than Mr. Skryne himself, Paddy O'Rourke to chat to us over this beautiful pint of plain.
