☕️ No reservations - walk in only. There is almost always a line.

💶 Pricey - it was 8.5 euros for the hot chocolate with cream.

🍫 It is REALLY thick, creamy, and very rich. I LOVE chocolate, but even as a chocolate lover I don’t think I could ever finish an entire serving by myself so I recommend getting a croissant or other pastries, and sharing the chocolate with a friend.

✨ It is pure bliss!

🍃 If you don’t want to wait in line, another great idea is to get it as takeaway and go across the street to the Jardin des Tuileries to enjoy the views.

🍽️ They do also have a more extensive food menu, but we didn’t have a full meal so can’t really speak to how the food is.

💝 There is also a small shop where you can buy their teas, chestnut cream, pastries in cute packaging. Makes great gifts 🎁

☕️ We’ve also had hot chocolate at Les Deux Magots, and liked that one as well. They have outdoor sitting so if the weather is nice, you can sip hot chocolate while people watching in Saint-Germain des Prés.
