I think I've finally got a good handle on this aircraft. I don't think my issues were from the plane itself, more of just remembering how to GA. The stall turn or rather a hammerhead in aviation terminology, is a great tool to maximize guns on target. You essentially force a stall with the nose at about 60-80 degrees up angle, then turn the plane while keeping the wings level using the A and D keys, then recover facing the line of targets you just passed. I'm not saying it;s easy to figure out, but once you do it will do wonders for your time to capture a zone.
