Lost 8 lbs/ Toned Muscles with Chloe Ting 2 Weeks Shred Challenge- Mom of 3!

After having my third son(AND quarantine), I was at my heaviest and in the worst shape that I have ever been in. My workouts were lackluster and I wasn't seeing the results that I needed to be happy. I ran across Chloe Ting's workout program here on youtube(I wasn't searching for it) , and I can't believe that I completed it! It's all free, zero weights required, and easily manageable for those of us with a packed schedule! You just have to start!
