Jersey Shore first responders learn lifesaving techniques from Hawaiian lifeguards

With at least four fatal drownings already taking place at the Jersey Shore this summer, first responders took on new training on how to rescue people from rip currents from Hawaiian lifeguards. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg has the story.
