As Christmas is around the corner sweet fillings share a simple yet yummy tart recipe

INGREDIENTS

1) 100 gms of butter
2) 200 gms of all purpose flour
3) 1 &1/2 tsp of milk
4) 50 gms of sugar
5) ganache gems and silver balls for filling

METHOD

1) make a soft dough by adding all the ingredients one by one
2) give tarts shape as shown in video
3) add salt in cooker , put a stand or a small vessel
4) remove the whistle but not the ring
5) preheat the cooker for 10 mins
6) place the tart plate and let it bake for 35 to 40 mins
7) let it perfectly cooled down and then fill ganache gems and sprinkle some silver balls
