Hub motor problem

E-bike hub motor problem, 500W geared hub, here testing without the wheel and gears.

UPDATE: This video was originally just to show the symptoms and ask for help with the problem. The problem was one of the hall sensors! In the video I used a heat gun which made the faulty sensor work (temporarily). The only solution is to replace the hall sensor!
