1/3 cup salt
1 bay leaf
1tsp red pepper flakes

24 hour wait

Chicken flour:
2 cups of flour
1/4 cornmeal
1/4 chips ANY kind

1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 baking powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
Buttermilk in a bowl 2 cups
