Strawberry Crunch Pancakes with Cream Cheese Icing

In honor of the 3 year anniversary of one of my highest viewed videos (Strawberry Crunch Cupcakes) I decided to do a REMIX. Let me show you how to make Strawberry Crunch PANCAKES for your boo. This recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day and is overloaded with sugar for you and your sugar 😍

***INGREDIENTS***

Pancake Batter
1/2 box of Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup of flour
1 - 1.5 cup of milk
1 egg

Crunch Topping
1/2 box of strawberry gelatin
8-12 Golden Oreos with creme removed, crushed
1.5 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Icing
2 oz of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup of powdered sugar
1.5 - 2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Strawberries for garnish
