SNL’s Chloe Fineman under fire for controversial job confession as Vanity Fair does damage control

“Saturday Night Live” star Chloe Fineman is facing backlash for a wild story she told in a Vanity Fair video that has since been edited by the publication.

The March 31 video, titled “‘SNL’ Cast Test How Well They Know Each Other,” begins with Fineman asking her co-stars Mikey Day, Sarah Sherman, Ashley Padilla, Jane Wickline and James Austin Johnson if they know what job she was fired from and rehired by when she was 16.

The comedians threw out multiple guesses, including that she made a racially insensitive comment and was let go from a restaurant or retail job.
