FLAX SEEDS PODI|healthy food|sravana Bhargavi

👉FLAX SEEDS PODI recipe :
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup coriander seeds
1/4 cup chana dal
1/4 cup udad dal
10-15 red chilies
1/2 cup curry leaves
10-15 cloves garlic (optional)
add turmeric and salt accordingly

👉PROCESS :
roast coriander seeds,udad dal and channa dal in a teaspoon of oil and take them into a bowl.
Now roast red chillies,garlic and curry leaves in another tea spoon of oil.
Roast the flax seeds in the leftover oil(do not add more oil to roast flax seeds)
Add turmeric and salt to your preference and taste.
Let everything cool down and ground into a fine powder.
voila!!
