Housing Market Statistics according to the San Antonio Board of Realtors for May 2024! 📈

Overall:
More houses have hit the market, and prices are trending down a little bit with more competition on the market. That doesn’t mean that the sky is falling. Prices are down by about $6000 from a year ago and $7000 from a month ago.

You can still sell your house for top dollar if in good condition and priced correctly. 👍
