These are barnacles—often called the enemies of sea turtles. They stick to the turtle’s body and harm its health. But this time the barnacle wasn’t on its body, it was stuck inside the turtle’s mouth making it impossible for the turtle to eat. Luckily when a man came across this turtle whose jaw was already injured, he carefully removed all the barnacles from its mouth and then released it back into the water.
