My current calories are 2,050. At 200g of carbs, 200g of protein and 50g of fat. I’m going to share with you my simple diet to build muscle and to lose fat. Incorporating amazing low carb meals that will leave you feeling full. What you’ll notice is that 80% to 90% of my diet comes from whole foods and 10% from high protein snacks. Before we dive in, on june 9th 2021 the W.H.O reported in 2016 more than 1.9 billion adults 18 years and older were overweight, of these over 650 million people were obese.
