हालांकि अमेरिका में सिर्फ स्कॉट बेसेंट ने ही नहीं बल्कि और भी दूसरे अहम अधिकारियों ने भी बयान दिया है. अमेरिका के उप विदेश मंत्री ने कहा चीन का हवाला दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि अमेरिका कभी भी भारत को दूसरा चीन नहीं बनने देगा. अमेरिका ने 20 साल पहले चीन पर तेल के मामले में गलती की थी..वो अब नहीं दोहराएंगे, क्योंकि अमेरिका को भारत पछाड़ सकता है.
