Running has always been a popular pastime, whether its long distance running or just a jog around the block, but dog owners may have felt a little left out, want to run but have to leave the dogs at home - not any more.

Canicross is not new, but is derived from sled dogs and training them in the summer months, but now seems to be taking off big style acorss the UK.
