Totally not sure what EITHER of these moves are called - so I did my best!
First part just works on the forward and reverse 'tuck' weave (I find this move to be pretty common in poi and you can do hip rolls - i think they are called - when you do this with two hoops), then I go into the behind the back fold (known as a reverse screw driver) in the second half of the video (which can also be very lovely while turning!)
