Nelly sings to young girl and plays with hair!!! concert 2017. Here is another video of a concert i attended 9/26/2017 in Mountain View. I thought it was sweet that he took her on stage but felt a little werided out the he was playing with her hair.. she is only 16.. sees that its a trend of his to get young girls. and says the same thing to all of them. He sings Over and Over again.
