CITY OF ELMINA | PART 1

"Freehold landed house within 5000 acres township!? 300 acres park?!"
These are the few main thing I wanted to clarify in my recent visit to City of Elmina. Situated along the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, City of Elmina is a development that is shouting 'WELLNESS' via their landscape and home design.

The first thing that amazed me was the 5000 acres masterplan land size, which is extremely rare unless you have another plantation business unit. Learning from their previous project, Bukit Jelutong, Subang Jaya and etc, the main difference would be the emphasis on their 300 acres Central Park.

This episode is rather suitable for those young couple who are looking for FREEHOLD, landed homes below RM700k in Klang Valley. My initial concern would be the distance away from the city but with the upcoming DASH highway, Elmina will be connected to NKVE and Penchala Link.
