Making A Simple Leather Axe Sheath

Follow along as I make a simple axe sheath. This isn't a tutorial but rather a general overview of what's possible with simple tools and limited skills.

The tools I used include a diamond awl, stitching wheel, needles and thread. The stitching pony is simply a 2X4 with a slot cut down the middle. With a carriage bolt and hardware to tighten.
