That’s what a fellow repair tech sent us. independent issue remained: calibration kept failing.

Calibration Error
Tried standard calibration – failed

Tried firmware reflash – failed

Swapped to a different remote controller (N3) – calibration passed instantly 🤯

This was a remote compatibility issue, not a hardware fault

Conclusion:
The ESC board was never the cause of the calibration error. They were two separate issues – one hardware (already fixed by the customer), one system‑level (fixed by a remote swap). We solved the calibration problem without touching the ESC board again.

Lesson for repair pros:
Sometimes you fix one problem, but another unrelated issue is hiding. Don’t assume they’re connected – isolate each fault. And when you see calibration errors on Mavic 3 Pro, ask which remote they’re using – it might save you a lot of time.
